A cosy cottage situated in the heart of the village of Shaldon offering a fantastic family retreat. Situated within 50 metres of Shaldon Beach, unwind on the sand with views across the Teign Estuary, great for paddleboarding and sea swimming. Local amenities are a short stroll away, including independent shops, boutiques and lovely local produce. Enjoy the local cafe's and pubs some having regular live music. Visit Shaldon Zoo, 1 mile away, head to the local pub or visit beautiful Ness Cove Beach, which is just 160 metres away and is accessed via an original smugglers' tunnel. Alternatively, travel on the oldest passenger ferry in England to Teignmouth where there a pier, a cinema and more shops restaurants, bars and traditional seaside entertainment.

In August why not come and join in the fun at the Shaldon Regatta, a nine day event that is over 200 years old and offers fun for all the family.

Step into this homely cottage and you’re welcomed into the kitchen/diner area, a delightful space with a well-equipped kitchen offering a stylish central dining table and chairs. A handy cloakroom WC is situated in the corner of the kitchen on your left. Move into the lounge to unwind watching the Smart TV and feature electric fireplace. Upstairs to your left is the pretty twin bedroom, then continue over a couple of steps in the hall to reach the shower room. Completing the property is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and storage.

This property has no outside space but as it’s surrounded by all the charm of Shaldon village and has the South West Coast Path 100 metres away, there’s no shortage of beautiful outside space to enjoy.

Lovely cottage. Well presented with good quality furniture and modern kitchen. Literally 3 minutes walk to the beach and ferry to Teignmouth. Walk to shops, pubs, and restaurants and bus stop.

Great position 50 yards from the beach, well fitted kitchen ,lounge a bit small but ok for week 4 people. No parking nearby apart from 1 hour on road (ok 6pm to 8am however)
