Set in the heart of this peaceful coastal village, this property is in one of Norfolk's well-known "quiet lanes" within 200 yards of the North Norfolk Coastal Path. The area is ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. This is a home away from home, ideal for families and friends to enjoy. Trimingham is a rural coastal village, a peaceful location for a seaside holiday where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In 2022 the village hit the news when bee-eaters colonised a sand pit near this home. The village of Mundesley is just over 3 miles away with a good range of shops, pubs, and restaurants. There is plenty to discover in the area; to the west find Cromer (5 miles) with its iconic Pier, zoo and cinema; Sheringham (10 miles) has the North Norfolk steam railway and quaint Little Theatre and Blakeney (18 miles) is where you can enjoy a spot of crab catching from the quayside. To the east find the huge sandy beach at Bacton (just over 5 miles), good for dog walking and also the famously striped Happisburgh lighthouse (10 miles) and the local seal colony at Horsey Beach (20 miles) where in winter you can visit seal pups.

As you step through the front door of this warm and welcoming property, to your left you will find the inviting living room with comfortable seating and a wood burner; it’s the perfect spot to relax in all year round. The living area leads though to the kitchen and dining area as well as the shower room. The attractive kitchen/dining area is a great space to socialise in as well as for cooking up a hearty meal after a day exploring the North Norfolk Coastal Path. Upstairs plays hosts to the three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single which are all thoughtfully furnished offering guests a comfortable night's rest.

To the rear of the property, you will find an enclosed courtyard-style garden with furniture if you fancy a spot of lunch outside. There is also a large garden room in which bicycles or surfing equipment can be stored.

This property was a real home from home. Really high quality furnishings and equipment in the whole house and the bed was really comfortable. Lots of information left in a folder on the local area and we had a lovely stay. Welcome gift on arrival was a lovely thought from the owners.

A very warm and comfortable cottage to return to after a day out in the cold. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The annexe room in the garden was perfect for storing our bikes and a useful space to enable us to mend a puncture on one of the bikes! Its a lovely quiet and flat area to exploreRead more on bikes. We would be happy to return, especially with the convenience of the bus stop at the end of the road- using the coast hopper bus is an excellent and stress free way of exploring and its very cheap too.
