Little Puffins shares its own cobbled court with only 2 other cottages and is 1 of only 3 Heritage 'court' cottages in this charming fishing village of Appledore (with a long and colourful history written at the property). Just a short stroll from the sea and quayside, which has pet friendly restaurants, gallery and craft shops. Similar to its Sister village Instow, a short mile across the estuary (via the little seasonal ferry) with beach and dune walks.
Entering the lovely painted cottage, you will find yourself in an open plan lounge/diner kitchen with a feature fireplace and stylish electric fire and contemporary furnishings, smart TV and folding dining tables.
A steep cottage style staircase leads to the bedroom with a kind size bed, usb's and exposed vaulted ceiling beams leading through to a spacious vanity, WC Shower room, great care has been taken to make the most of Little Puffins.
Although no outside garden, there is a handy storage bench in the courtyard with the lovely thought that this National Heritage and UNESCO protected coastline is virtually on your doorstep and a way of life full of ancient history.
So crack open your Welcome Pack and checkout the video guides at Little Puffins on Lynton & Lynmouth forest river walks, tarka trail cycling, famous Clovelly festivals, surfers paradise Croyde & Coastal boat trips at Ilfracombe (local seasonal sail boat trips at Appledore).
