A spacious and very comfortable property, set in the sleepy hamlet of Parwich, which boats some great places to eat and drink and wonderful walks, all from your doorstep. Located in the heart of the Peaks, an area well known for its dramatic scenery, fantastic walks and lots of local offerings of dog friendly pubs and cafes. Ashbourne is just 7 miles away, with its array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Or hire a bike around Carsington water, set just over 8 miles away. Matlock Bath (12 miles), known as Little Switzerland, is a great day out, with arcades and riverside walks, perfect for families to explore.
The property itself is set back from the road and is incredibly spacious inside. Walking into the open hallway, the living room sits to the left and is a large, well-lit area that overlooks the garden and field to the rear of the property. There is a wood burner for you to enjoy on those cosy evenings in after a day of exploring and the TV has a Roku firestick. The kitchen is another large and open space, with a wooden dining table and a large well-equipped space for you to gather, cook and relax in. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with WC. Upstairs are two rooms, boasting a king-size bed and a double bed, with plenty of storage and space in both bedrooms. The large family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Each room is well thought out and put together and enjoys light and space in equal measure.
Outside there are open views over the fields and hills at the back, and the property itself is located back from the road with a good sized front garden as well, making it feel very peaceful and private. There is a summer house and outside dining area for you to enjoy and take in the rural environment and peaceful setting. A secure bike storage/boot room is also available. Please note, the garden is enclosed but not guaranteed secure, particularly for small dogs; there are sometimes sheep and horses in the field behind the property, as well as the pheasants!
