Train lovers will love the heritage steam railway joining the Georgian town of Holt (11 miles) with the seaside resort of Sheringham (6 miles). And if you enjoy historic houses, the National Trust properties of Felbrigg Hall (just under 1 mile) and Blickling Hall (8 miles) are nearby.

The well-equipped kitchen has all you’ll need to prepare anything from a light snack to a hearty evening meal, and when it’s time to serve up, the dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests and is fitting for any special occasion. Down the hallway are a spacious king-size bedroom and family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Upstairs leads to a further three bedrooms, one king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower and WC, and then two twin rooms share a walk-in shower room with WC. The property has access to a communal utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer that guests can use.
