Mumbles is a coastal village located in Swansea and is a popular tourist destination known for its scenic beauty, charming character and vibrant culture. The pier, which is the oldest remaining cast-iron pier, offers stunning views of the coastline and is a popular spot for fishing and crabbing. Visit Langland Bay (1.5 miles), a well-known surfing area which has a great brasserie and cafe on the beach. The semi-detached property occupies a very unique, tucked-away location on Mumbles Hill. It overlooks the nature reserve and is accessed around 100 metres up a fairly steep footpath. Enter by the side gate then take the steps up to the front door and into the hallway. The lower level takes you to two bedrooms - a king-size which can alternatively be made up as a twin, and a double.
