Sitting in the heart of the vibrant fishing village of Saundersfoot, this contemporary property is a fantastic option for a couple to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Lazy days at the beach are within easy reach with a choice of Saundersfoot Beach (0.1 miles), Coppet Hall Beach (0.5 miles) and Wiseman’s Bridge Seafront (1.3 miles) all offering something a little different. The Pembrokeshire Coast sits just off the main beach, with a route running through to the walled town of Tenby (4.5 miles), filled with a selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a fascinating history. Staying closer to home, Saundersfoot itself has plenty of places to eat and explore within the village.

Spread over two floors, this property is bright and airy throughout with a fresh decor that makes guests feel instantly at home. The first of the living rooms, located on the ground floor, has a large corner sofa around a TV, great for spending quality time with one another in the evenings. Tucked away in the corner is a small utility area with a coffee machine, washing machine and sink. Also on the ground floor, is an inviting double bedroom with a wardrobe, and a handy shower room. Up a set of stairs to the first floor is the lovely and welcoming open-plan kitchen and second living area, with another comfortable corner sofa, a dining table for six and a well-equipped kitchen for mealtimes. 

Outside the property there is a rear garden laid with artificial grass and a table with chairs for dining al fresco. There is also a fantastic balcony, accessible from the first-floor lounge/diner which overlooks the garden; a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee.

This was a lovely comfortable spacious clean property. Super kitchen with high quality utensils and crockery. Comfortable seating and bed, plenty of storage. Perfectly situated a minute from harbour. Good parking. Easy access to quality eating venues. Nearby Tesco and Spar and amazing butcher. Good walks. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Home from home,what a wonderful apartment-exactly like the pictures and info.In the centre of Saundersfoot with parking-a short walk to the beach and harbour,restaurants and a butcher.I'll give it a 10-hope to return.
