A fabulous and spacious holiday cottage ideal for 3 couples or a family, this big and beautiful property enjoys a stunning location in the heart of the popular seaside town of Southwold. Being just 100 yards from the seafront and offering unforgettable views of the town’s famous lighthouse as it towers above, this charming hideaway makes a great base for guests discovering Southwold’s wide range of independent shops, fantastic restaurants, friendly pubs and welcoming cafes. A moment's walk to the end of the road and you'll be on Southwold's promenade with its pastel coloured beach huts and the gorgeous sandy beach beyond. Continue your walk along the seafront and just a half mile away is the quirky and vibrant pier, with a fantastic array of amusements, as well as cafes and restaurant. Other local attractions include Henstead Exotic Gardens, Covehithe Beach, the neighbouring picturesque village of Walberswick, Henham Park, RSPB Minsmere and Camel Park Oasis, all within 16 miles.

Entering this bright, airy and inviting property, you will find the gorgeous main lounge. Split by a wide archway into two separate spaces, the lounge makes a great space to relax. Perfect location for beach, shops and pub. Very comfortable house and worked well for four adults and twin 4 year olds. Bonus of a garage for one car.

Great location, well equipped house with fantastic views of the lighthouse and out to sea from some rooms. Off road parking in Southwold is a big bonus with a decent size garage. Courtyard garden is lovely with some nice planting and garden furniture. I have stayed in Southwold many times over the years and I can honestly say that this is the best Read moreaccommodation so far. I would not hesitate to book again. Hide

Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped, and comfortable place in a great location. The Sole Bay Inn is just around the corner, and the seafront is just a few yards more than that. Many thanks.

A wonderful property that is a home rather than the usual bland rental. Well kitted out, spacious and in a perfect location with benefit of garage parking. Our Toyota Auris (mid size car) fitted in easily.

This well equipped house is in an ideal location for both the town and the beach. It has the added benefit of garage parking and the novelty of being next door to a working lighthouse.

Great location with offstreet parking for one car in the garage. Very comfortable house, furnished to a high standard. Ten seconds walk to the Sole Bay Inn, 30 seconds walk to the beach - does it get any better?!
