As you enter the house, you find yourself on the ground floor, where an open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, ready to cater to all your culinary needs. The dining table, capable of seating up to eight guests, invites you to enjoy memorable meals together. Adjacent to the dining area, you'll discover a spacious conservatory. Furnished with two comfortable sofas, it provides a cosy retreat where you can relax and take in the views of the beautiful garden. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One features three single beds and an en-suite shower room. Perfect for accommodating children or a group of friends, this room includes a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. The second ground-floor bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, providing ample sleeping space for a small family. To complete the ground-floor amenities, there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading upstairs, you enter a spacious lounge area that offers comfortable seating for all guests. There is a Smart TV allowing you to enjoy your favourite shows and movies. During colder evenings, you can cozy up by the wood burner, adding a touch of warmth and ambience to the space. Continuing on, you'll discover the master bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed for ultimate comfort. The cottage was clean and well equipped, we found everything we needed to be on hand. Loved the location and particularly the close proximity to the beach. Our two little dogs enjoyed exploring the garden and made themselves quite at home in the conservatory. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The cottage is well equipped and in an excellent location, very comfortable for 2 families to stay in and have your own space at night. Would definitely recommend and stay at this cottage again.

We had a lovely weekend in a spacious and well equipped house. Some of the outside doors are hard to operate and the bathrooms need updating. It's in a good location close to the coast, shops and pubs.

Lovely, comfortable cottage. Well equipped and supplied by host. Toys and games for toddlers to adults.Situated in a quiet location by a bird reserve. Good for walks with a path from the bottom of the garden too. Can drive to end of the road to Holme Dunes or walk there. Lovely long beach to enjoy. Has a cafe and gift shop run by the bird reserve. Delightful house . Fully equipped and has a very comfortable feel . Outstanding house to stay if you have children and the owners have thought of everything to satisfy their needs and safety . Great location for walks to the beach and visitors centre .

The house and position are perfect. It is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have had. Children will love it here, there is so many toys and games for them. The welcome pack was very generous, thank you. Only one small negative, some of the doors around the house were difficult for us oldies to open and close.
