Welcome to this charming Victorian villa with a lush green facade, ideally located in the bustling heart of Southwold with great links to the surrounding Suffolk coastline. I would recommend this property to a friend, with the reservations mentioned above: it has a superb summerhouse and a spacious kitchen to accommodate eight or even ten guests - plus a wonderful fridge/freezer too! There is a large, very pleasant private garden with a barbecue, and is situated very close to the town and the beach. Amory House is in a prime location right on the high street in Southwold. It is well stocked and the garden room is fantastic, we used it daily. However the house is in need of some TLC and maintenance, there were bulbs missing, a cupboard door hanging off, there is no welcome booklet or any instructions so we spent some time trying to figure out tRead morehe hot water. The wi-fi doesnt work either. We did have a lovely week and the location is hard to beat but all in all this property is over-priced for the state of repair its in. Hide
