The property is nestled in the pretty seaside village of Broad Haven. The Blue Flag, golden sand beach is popular with families due it's large size and excellent seafront facilities and is only 300m walk away. There's a handful of shops, cafes and restaurants plus a popular village pub. Access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path is easy from here with walks to suit most abilities directly from the front door. For a change of scenery, the county town of Haverfordwest can be reached in just 6.5 miles or head to Britain's smallest city, St Davids (14.9 miles) and visit the beautiful cathedral.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a light and airy hallway leading on to the lounge/diner. There are two comfortable leather sofas centred around the fireplace and large Smart TV. There's a dining table for six to enjoy meals as family or open a board game to enjoy together. The fitted kitchen comes supplied with all the basic necessities to prepare a hearty breakfast to start your day or lunch on the go. Completing the ground floor is a downstairs WC. Head upstairs to the first floor and you will find three bedrooms - a king room with large en-suite shower room, an additional king room with room for a travel cot and the third bedroom is a twin room. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
The house benefits from garage providing storage for your beach gear (some provided including body boards, surf board, chairs, buckets and spades) and also has the use of a mini table tennis/pool/air hockey table plus a large fridge freezer for extra storage. There a utility room to the rear of the garage with washing machine and clothes-airier. The delightful, south-facing garden, is laid to lawn with a patio dining area to enjoy meals al fresco after a day at the beach.
