The property is in pretty seaside village of Broad Haven. Nestled in St Brides Bay off the coast of West Wales, Broad Haven enjoys a large expanse of golden sand that is popular with visitors and locals alike. There's a good choice of cafes, restaurants, and shops plus a seafront pub. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is easily accessed from here, with walks North to Newgale (10 miles) or South to Martin's Haven (11 miles). Britain's smallest city, St Davids, can be reached in under 15 miles where there is an excellent selection of shops, cafes and galleries – a visit to the cathedral is a must. For nature lovers, an excursion to Skomer Island via Martin's Haven (9.5 miles) is a delight; during certain months you can see huge colonies of the famous Pembrokeshire puffin.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a generously sized hallway with handy downstairs WC. Head into the cosy lounge and you will find two comfortable sofas and an armchair centred around the TV with Freeview and DVD player. Adjacent to this is the dining room with 'snug' seating area and additional TV and DVD player plus a dining table providing the perfect space for quality family time. The contemporary kitchen offers ample space to prepare meals for the family and there is a convenient utility room too. Head upstairs to the first floor and you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room plus sea views. There's a family room with a double and a single, offering excellent flexibility for sleeping arrangements within your holiday group. The third bedroom is a single room with storage for clothes and belongings. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom which benefits from a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

Externally, there is a pretty wraparound lawned garden with a patio dining area, perfect for sitting out and dining al fresco after a day the beach. There is also an additional bench seating area to the front of the property, offering up sea views over the bay.

This is a lovely house-in a good position and ideal for a family. it's very well equipped and most comfortable.

Curlew house is a fantastic holiday home. Very clean, all the equipment required for holidays and plenty of space. We stayed in 2023, this year and have already booked two weeks in 2025. Highly recommended.

The cottage was very comfortable, well-appointed and just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and amenities. We will certainly return.
