A beautiful property with great amenities and comfortable beds. Great location to the beach and a good pamphlet collection for things to do and places to eat. A short walk to the shops and pubs. We really enjoyed our time.

We loved our stay at Kirkley Cliff House, it is in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and in the perfect spot for Lowestoft parkrun which four of us completed. The house is spacious, has been furnished to an high standard and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our favourite place to sit whether lashing down with rain or bright sunshine (we hRead moread both!) was by the huge bay window in the first floor living room overlooking the sea with a drink in hand. Great communication from the hosts. A superb place to stay with family, would highly recommend and hope to return again soon. Hide

Beautiful house set over 4 floors. We chose it because the location was ideal for our extended family get together. The non drivers could get out independently. We had a very comfortable stay with 12 people and there were always enough seats, mugs and cafetieres! Very comfortable beds. The 3 flights of steep curved stairs kept us burning enough caRead morelories to enjoy cake, but the older guests needed to be careful. Wonderful views across the road to the beach. Unfortunately it rained for most of the week but we still enjoyed a couple of sea swims, walks along the beach at sunrise and sunset and visits to Southwold and Blickling Hall. The garden was well laid out and we had a BBQ one evening. Most of all the house was a great place for everyone to be together or do their own thing. Hide

We booked as a group of friends for birthday celebrations and were really impressed with the location layout size comfort and style of the property. The weather was freezing which kept us indoors more than we would have expected but what a great house for socialising! We did get out to explore the beach and the local nightlife but found that our favourite place to be was No.12 and it has a parkrun on the doorstep for anyone wanting their weekly fix (or a bit of parkrun tourism)!
