The property is laid out all over one level and is perfect for a relaxing family retreat. If you were to walk down the side of the garden is where you will find the annexe. Entering the property, you will immediately find the kitchen area on your right-hand side. This compact kitchen is extremely well equipped and offers all you could need to create a meal for two. The living, dining and bedroom area with comfortable seating, Smart TV and double bed is ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring all this wonderful part of Norfolk has to offer. Just off the living and dining area is the shower room which has a modern suite with shower and WC.
Both properties have their own outside space, at the rear of the house is a large enclosed lawned garden with patio area which can also be accessed via the dining room. Alongside this there is also a side shingled area containing your very own private hot tub. Outside the annexe is a nice courtyard area with garden furniture.
