The property is located on a quiet lane, less than 300 metres from the beautiful beach at Broad Haven. The large expanse of golden sand is perfect for family days at the seaside or water sports such as kayaking or paddle-boarding. The seafront has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, and there's a pub with sea view beer garden. Head further afield to St Davids (15 miles), Britain's' smallest city, and explore the shops, cafes and galleries before stopping off to visit the amazing cathedral. If you love to hike, the village offers direct access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with miles of coastline to explore, taking in the stunning scenery as you go.
As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into a small hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor and storage for coats and shoes. The cosy main lounge has two sofas nestled around an electric wood-burner effect fire. There's a TV with Sky Q, plus games console and a DVD player, so plenty to keep you entertained as you settle in for the evening. Head across the hallway and you will find an additional snug/dining room with open fire. Here you will find a sofa, dining table and additional TV, making it a perfect space to enjoy as a family. The dining room leads onto the kitchen via two steps. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit your culinary needs during your stay, whether it's a hearty breakfast for the family, or lunch on the go. The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. Completing the ground floor is the utility room with freestanding fridge/freezer. Head on up to the first floor and you will find two bedrooms. The first is a double room with wardrobe and the second room is a twin room with additional sofa to relax on.
Externally, the cottage benefits from a front garden with lawn and bistro set seating - perfect for your morning coffee. To the rear, the cottage has a large decked terrace with picnic bench and outdoor sofa. This sun trap garden is perfect to relax in or dine al fresco at the end of a fun day at the beach. Please note the steps up to the terrace are fairly steep.
