The cottage is located in the small, picturesque village of Little Haven. The village has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and cafes along the seafront so you can enjoy spectacular views over St Brides Bay. The beach is a small sandy inlet and at low tide, you can walk across from there to neighbouring Broad Haven where you can grab a coffee at one of the local cafes before heading back. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be directly accessed from the village with walks of varying lengths to be had taking in the breathtaking scenery of the bay. Head to nearby Martin's Haven (7.7 miles) and book a boat trip out to Skomer Island - an absolute must during the early summer due to the large colonies of the famous Pembrokeshire puffin.

The cottage is accessed via the side door, leading into a generous hallway with tiled floors and hanging space for coats. The lounge enjoys two sofas centered around the cosy wood burner creating the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the coast. There's a TV with BT Hub and a Sonos music system so plenty to keep you entertained as you unwind in the evening. Head across the hallway to the kitchen/diner which benefits from underfloor heating. The large kitchen and dining space is perfect for enjoying together as a family and has patio doors leading out to the garden for dining al fresco on summer nights should you wish. Completing the ground floor is a convenient shower room which also houses the washer/dryer. Head up the wooden staircase onto the first floor and you will find your three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a built in wardrobe and a Sonos music system. This room also benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double with plenty of storage for clothes and belongings and the third room is a twin room with a built-in wardrobe. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom.

The garden is at the rear of the cottage and has been fully enclosed, ideal for children and dogs. There's a patio dining area with outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxing in the evening sun with a cold drink or dining al fresco as a family. Please note there is a small ornamental pond in the garden that is not fenced.

The Old Post Office was lovely, it had everything you would need for a break away, fully equipped kitchen a secure garden so we didn't have to worry about the dog wandering off and comfortable bedrooms. The local area is lovely I have slight mobility issues but managed to get to the pub regularly! The Boat House across the road serves doggie icRead moree creams although it wasn't open very often when we were there nor was the Corner House cafe but it is the start of the season. I would highly recommend this property and Little Haven is fabulous with a dog friendly beach Hide

Great cottage, it was clean and very well equipped. Nice outside space and very quiet. After the first couple of days we gave up parking by the cottage, down a narrow lane between the property and the Memorial Hall, and chose to parked in the carpark that was a very short distance from the property, using the free parking pass provided by the ownRead moreer of the property. Beds were very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed Sunday lunch at The Saint Brides Inn Little Haven is a delight, we enjoyed paddling on the beach and exploring in the rock pools. Also sitting up on the point in the Spring sunshine.. Would definitely visit again. Hide
