This property is located in the popular seaside village of Broad Haven, in the heart of St Brides Bay and just six miles from the county town of Haverfordwest. Broad Haven beach is a large expanse of golden sand, ideal for family days out or water sports. During low tide you can walk along the beach to neighbouring Little Haven which boasts a sand and shingle inlet and a selection of beachfront bars and cafes. Broad Haven itself also has a vibrant seafront with cafes, restaurants and a village shop and pub, all within 300 meters. If you're visiting during the late Spring/Early Summer period, a visit to Skomer Island is a must to see the famous Pembrokeshire puffins - head to Martin's Haven (9.6 miles) and take a day trip from there (pre-booking is advisable).

As you enter the property you are welcomed into an inviting hallway with space for coats and shoes. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. They are both double rooms with a handy shower cubicle in each room. Both rooms have ample storage for clothes and belongings and one of the ground floor bedrooms has French doors providing access to the garden. There's a utility room located on this level with a handy second fridge/freezer, and also a separate WC. Head up onto the first floor and you will find your open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The lounge area has two leather sofas centred around a TV with Freesat package. French doors lead out on to your balcony terrace which has views over the garden and out towards the sea. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge, creating a great family entertaining space. Head on up to the second floor and you will find a further two bedrooms - one double room and one twin room, both with wardrobe storage. Completing the second floor is a family bathroom with bath with shower attachment, shower cubicle and twin sinks.

The garden is accessed either via a ground floor bedroom or from the first floor balcony terrace. This fully enclosed garden has a patio dining area and lawn, making this the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink after a day at the beach or exploring the county.

Broad View is a lovely house in a great location just two minutes walk to the beach. Good facilities and garden which was great for our small dog. Also many interesting places to visit within a short drive.

Very well equipped townhouse. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach and shops,wonderful views of the sea and landscape at the back, enclosed garden.
