The cottage is well appointed and the welcome pack was lovely. I have to say the mattresses could do with improving, we could feel the springs through the sheet, a mattress topper might be a good idea. The dog walking field was great and Pero had a great time running round. The cottage is handy for both Bude and Holsworthy and we found a lot of lovRead moreely walks nearby. It would have been nice to see the owners as they were next door. We had an enjoyable stay. Hide

Would highly recommend. Everything needed was provided to a high standard and the bedding and towels were changed half way through. The owner was friendly and could not have been more helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Barton. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. It's the most tranquil place with beautiful horses to watch. We had two young children with us who had plenty of space to play and loved racing down the drive to do the gate. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The welcome basket of goodies on arrival was very much appreciated. The cottage was very spacious with lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Perfect location to visit sights in both Devon and Cornwall.

We had a lovely stay at The Barton, its very private and peaceful, the facilities were very clean and everything you would need for the perfect stay was provided, extremely well equipped. It was the ideal place for my parents to stay as I live close by and it was very helpful that they allow dogs, I highly recommend this property.
