As you step inside this warm and welcoming property, you are met with an open-plan living space, with a cute-as-a-button kitchen, a dining set to enjoy meals together, and two armchairs to relax on whilst watching a romantic film together on the Smart TV. When it's time to retire, there is a sumptuous king-size bed to snuggle into, along with a large wardrobe to store all your belongings. The contemporary bathroom completes the annexe.

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee on the decking or sit and watch the sun go down after a day out exploring the coast. There is also an external mixer tap to wash the sand off your four-legged friend.

This annex is amazing, it serves your every need. Bed so comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom fab shower. Garden so safe and secure for your pooch. Sarah is a fabulous host she had put some milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and a bottle of prosecco! She even did a goodie back for our puppy, which included a ball which he loves. Excellent accommodation, ideal for a couple with a small dog (which we were); thoughtful welcome gifts for everyone were a lovely touch. Quiet location, very easy access to multiple dog-friendly beaches and coastal walks; enclosed garden space and outside dog shower an added bonus. Due to it being a compact space, it does lack a couple of appliaRead morences (oven & washing machine), but these are surmountable, and the remaining facilities are all excellent. Little Sea Shanty proved a fantastic find this Summer. The location was perfect for us. We had an easy walk to both Porth and Lusty Glaze beaches and small supermarkets so didn't use the car every day. It was also a great place to stay to explore further afield than Newquay. Sarah, the owner had thought of every little detail to make our week's staRead morey enjoyable. The accommodation was carefully designed to use every bit of space effectively and the fixtures and fittings were high end. We are very fussy about beds and the bed was extremely comfortable. Sarah had left chocolate treats, prosecco and even M & S dog treats and a ball for our pooch! When she found out we were vegan, she returned with vegan treats too! Sarah and her partner also gave us useful local knowledge during our stay. Make sure you book this accommodation early as I imagine it will become very popular. Hide

welcomed us both to her lovely property and reassured us that if there was anything that she could help with she would it was very clean and tidy with a great smart tv tea and coffee milk in fridge along with a nice bottle of prosecco the surroundings where very quite and five minutes down to beach

Wonderfully welcoming Owners, spotlessly clean with all that you need supplied on arrival very convienient for beaches (5 minutes walk) 5 minutes drive from town a Great base to visit the whole county

We couldnt have chosen a better apartment in Newquay, we were very pleased with everything about it, easy flat 20min walk into Newquay centre & 10 mins walk to two beaches, we only used our car once, apartment was very modern & clean & coffee, tea, milk there for a much needed drink when we arrived, owner very friendly, we had a lovely holiday.

We had a lovely stay at The Little Sea Shanty. We received a warm welcome from the owner and even had milk, teabags and biscuits ready for us to have a welcome cuppa after a long journey. We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Lovely quiet residential location within walking distance of beaches and town centre. The area has plenty to explore, see and do and everywhere very dog friendly. Our hosts were very welcoming and there was everything we could require in the cottage. We had a lovely stay at the little sea shanty and would highly recommend it. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners, it was clean, well presented and finished to a very high standard. Good location for beach, walks and exploring. We loved it so much we are looking to book again next year.

What a new gem for Newquay. A perfectly modern and compact little accommodation. Super location to access all Newquay and the north coast has to offer. Very close to our favourite beaches Lusty Glaze and Porth. Such a peaceful area but so close to walk into town. Everything was truly spotless and the owner was such a friendly host greeting us on Read morearrival and stopping to chat throughout our stay but never intrusive at all. She has made the annex so welcoming for dogs too and even had a little gift bag waiting for our dog. I cannot recommend this property enough. We have stayed all over Cornwall and this one really is the best for location and quality. Its rare to find such a high standard of property with a super location, parking and a garden at a great price.
