This luxury former Grade 2-listed boutique hotel has been restored to its original glory. Located on East Cliff a prestigious suburb of Bournemouth, it is the perfect place for family holidays, special celebrations, and birthdays. Enjoy a day on the award-winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth less than 500 metres from the property. Here you can experience many different water sports and discover the local restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops the region is known for. From your doorstep, you can enjoy a day exploring the local area or take a trip further afield and visit places such as the historic town of Christchurch with its priory and stunning harbour, or go south and visit Poole Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world (both within 7 miles). Here you can enjoy a boat trip around the harbour, visit the local islands and experience the start of the UNESCO Dorset Jurassic Coast.

Entering the property from a tree-lined road, the first impression is ‘wow’, when the manicured gardens and the striking Tudor design property come into view. As soon as you enter the grand entrance hallway, you will be greeted by an overwhelming sense of elegance, with features including an opulent chandelier, warm hearth, dark wood panelling and regal stairs bathed in sunlight. The spacious living room is divided into two cosy sections, one with sofas and armchairs centred around the fireplace and Smart TV, and the other area with plush armchairs set around a table to enjoy an evening of games with the family. A double bedroom with an en-suite is located off the living room. Back in the hallway, you will find another twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Tucked away from the main living room is the well-equipped kitchen and pantry. The must-see dining room has an arched ceiling with stunning gold detail, a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, wood panelling, and two long banquet tables. This one-of-a-kind dining room is perfect for any occasion, whether it is a family meal, a formal dinner or a lovely breakfast for all guests to enjoy. Venture up the grand staircase, taking in the striking chandelier, to find a further seven bedrooms, all with en-suite shower or bathrooms. Three steps lead you up to the master suite which offers a four-poster king-size bed with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the front lawn. Upstairs on the second floor, you will find a further two bedrooms which are both serviced by their own en-suites.

Outside is the perfect blend of feeling you are in your own paradise but close enough to Bournemouth town centre and sandy beaches. Make the most of the hot tub, patio area with seating, al fresco dining area, children’s play area, table tennis table and plenty of lawn to enjoy a summer garden game.

Great location and house, with all bedrooms being en-suite. This is where it ends. The kitchen is small with a distinct lack of equipment available. We had to purchase items from the local supermarket. The fridge freezer is only suitable for a small family, not for the number of guests the house accommodates. There is also a distinct lack of interRead moreest from the owners if you have any issues. The heating wasnt working properly during our stay and after a number of attempts to make contact we received one phone call which didnt fix the problem and no follow up which is unacceptable. Such a shame as it wouldnt take much to make this a good find Hide

Kitchen equipment needs a massive upgrade for large numbers to easily cook in the house.
