Set within the owner's camping and caravan site near the sandy beaches of Southern Ireland’s coast, this enchanting 200-year-old cottage sits on a bustling working dairy farm. An ideal retreat for a small family or two couples, enjoy splendid views overlooking Bannow Bay and take advantage of the proximity to Fethard and Duncannon beaches, the crystal factory in Waterford city, and the John F. Kennedy Arboretum, all within 18 miles of your door.

Lovingly renovated, the cottage showcases its original beamed ceilings in a charming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where the warming electric fire creates a cosy ambience to spend quality time with loved ones. Open the stable door to let some air in without letting the dog out and sit at the wooden dining table to enjoy some supper. You'll find two inviting bedrooms for a restful night's sleep: a twin room on the ground floor and a double on the first floor. A ground-floor shower room and first-floor bathroom complete the internal layout.

Outside, relax and dine on the delightful picnic bench or make the most of the site’s various amenities, including on-site pony trekking, live entertainment during the summer, a coffee dock, and a pizza van.
