Located at the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the property has lots of access to walking trails, rolling farmland, and some spectacular views and stunning landmarks. Close to the cottage are the Marfield Wetlands (0.5 miles), and the small town of Masham which hosts an abundance of independent shops, pubs, two breweries (with visitor centres), cafes, and restaurants. A bit further afield, you will find Middleham (8 miles) which has a famous racecourse and a medieval castle. Other local highlights include Jervaulx Abbey (4.5 miles), the cathedral city of Ripon (10.5 miles), and Fountains Abbey (12.5 miles).
Enter the cottage through stable doors into the spacious lounge/dining room where you can relax on the sofas and enjoy some TV or read a book.
