An inviting cottage in the attractive village of Dundrum, in Northern Ireland, this welcoming retreat could suit a family. Sleeping five guests, the three-bedroom bolthole has a small garden where you can enjoy the fresh air and a wood burner to relax beside. It is just 250 metres from Dundrum Bay with its picturesque walks, and 500 metres from the ruins of Dundrum Castle. It nestles in the fringes of the Mourne Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its hill hikes and mountain climbs, and is 0.5 miles from Murlough National Nature Reserve with its sand dunes and wildlife, and 2 miles from spectacular Murlough Beach.

Enter the cottage to find it offers character, warmth and a cosy welcome. The lounge with its wood burner, is the perfect place to gather to chat, play games and watch TV. The dining room has space for everyone to congregate around the table at mealtimes and to play a hand or two of cards. The kitchen has been equipped to enable you to prepare snacks and meals for your party on those occasions you choose not to dine out. The bedrooms are all on the first floor of the cottage. These include a double, a twin and a single. One of the singles in the twin room is a fold-out bed. There is also a family shower room at this level.

Enjoy the partly enclosed garden on warm days. Fire up the BBQ and grill the Irish produce you have sourced locally. Sit out here until the sun goes down.
