The self-contained apartment is ideally placed for wonderful walks. Climb Cnoc Mordáin (14 miles) for wonderful views of the mountains and coast and visit the local beaches for a walk and a paddle. There are several beaches with white sands and crystal waters including, Moyrus (3 miles), Mweenish (8 miles), and Rusheenamanagh (7.5 miles). Book a trip with a guide if you want to visit the uninhabited tidal island of Feenish, which can be reached from Rusheenamanagh at low tide, where the ruins of a castle remain on the north-eastern side of the island and there are pretty meadows and wildflowers.
The cottage is adjoined to the owners’ home and is spread across two floors. Step into the cosy lounge area, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. An archway connects this cosy space to the kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to cook delicious meals and enjoy them at the dining table. Wooden flooring flow throughout this downstairs space. The shower room is also on the ground floor. From the lounge, stairs lead up to a comfy double bedroom with sloping ceilings and Velux window.
