A beautifully appointed, modern property in perfect location. We had a lovely time here - it's warm and comfortable easy parking on site is just a huge bonus in St Ives. 5 minutes to The Tate and Porthmeor beach, only another 5 mins into Fore Street and the front. Absolutely fantastic views of the sea and beach, and the sun was beautiful on the horRead moreizon. Hide

We absolutely loved staying here, the accommodation is beautiful and so well looked after. The view is incredible and I still wasnt used to it a week after being there. Location is great 5 minutes into St. Ives which is perfect.

It was clear the accommodation was new as it was so pristine. The bedding and pillows smelt very fresh. The view from the kitchen/diner/lounge and one of the bedrooms was stunning.Very good water pressure in the showers.it was a very short walk to the amazing Porthmeor beach and St Ives Harbour with all the bars , shops and restaurants.But be prepaRead morered for the uphill walk back, it may deter those with mobility issues.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.Only one con beware the seagulls ! I was mugged twice for my ice cream,much to the great amusement of my grandchildren. Hide
