Overall it was not a bad stay but also not great. Lots of little frustrations which could be easily addressed would've made it a good stay but it all added up to make only ok. This cottage was cheap when we stayed there but I would not have paid more. It was pretty unclean, the most frustrating part of this being the woodburner had not been clearedRead more out in a long time and it took me over 30 mins to clean before we could make use of it. The bed was uncomfortable and bedding low quality. No guestbook with info about the house like wifi code or info about recycling or local area. Shower was not great either and lots of lights weren't working, nor the clocks! Only left with two half used rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults, not enough! It is onto a busy road but we didn't notice the traffic. Hide

The cottage is on the main road through the village so very noisy. Handy for pubs as they are just across the road. Everything you need in the cottage although it could do with some tlc. Garden safe for dog.

The welcome basket was a nice touch. Location close to the sea and plenty of places to visit. Cottage had everything we needed and the garden was secure for our 2 dogs. Comfortable place to stay and spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 dogs.
