Step inside to the light and welcoming entrance hall. With exposed timber beams and fabulous social areas, you certainly won’t be disappointed! The cosy snug with a Smart TV and comfy sofas is perfect for relaxing or playing the piano one evening. The lounge really is cosy with plenty of space to watch the Smart TV in front of the wood burner or sit at the bar and enjoy a Cornish tipple. There is a stylish formal dining room with plenty of seating for all. The kitchen/breakfast room has been finished to an incredibly high specification and is equipped with everything you will need for your holiday. Plan your day at the kitchen table over a lazy breakfast or enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar. From here, you’ll find the utility room with a separate WC for your convenience. After dinner, spend your evenings socialising with family in the fantastic games room with a Smart TV. Upstairs on the first floor, you can sit and relax in the reading corner for some quiet time. Here you will also find the first five bedrooms, all of which have been furnished beautifully and have en-suite shower rooms. The first of these is a dual-aspect ‘Seahorse’ super-king-size bedroom overlooking the church opposite with a dressing area and exposed stone. Next is ‘Stingray’, a super-king-size bedroom which again is dual aspect overlooking the rear garden. Head further along the landing to the family bathroom, and then into ‘Turtle’ with a king-size bed, and views across to the church. You will also find ‘Starfish’ here with its super-king-size bedroom (which can be made up as a twin room on request). The hallway then leads through to the ‘Pirate’ room which is ideal for children, with three single beds. Heading up to the second floor, you’ll find the ‘Cornish Crab’ family room with a super-king-size sleigh bed and a single bed, with window seats to enjoy the church spires view and the bustling street below, along with an en-suite shower room. Lastly is ‘Seashell’ with equally as stunning views across to the church spires and beyond via the window seat, and this room has a lovely en-suite shower room.

Heading outside from the utility or games room, you’ll find the enclosed and private decking area, with plenty of outdoor seating for all the family to dine alfresco. With festoon lighting, a Boss charcoal smoker BBQ, a fire pit, a swing chair, and not forgetting a fabulous hot tub, this is the ideal place to create everlasting memories.

A wonderful location and village. A traditional cornish community that supports the local businesses (great deli, farm shop & pubs). Christmas with a visit from Santa on his sleigh, carol singing and Christingle at the church opposite the property was magical. The beds are all very comfortable and the games room & bar were a plus with the youngRead more adults in our party. Thank you for the fresh milk and bread on arrival and we really did appreciate the number of fridges in the property, especially over the Christmas period. The lounge/snug spaces are perfect and plenty of seating for larger groups/families. The pub next door and the one at the bottom of the hill on the way to the beach were lovely with very friendly staff. We had a meal at the indian which was delightful and on our first night we ordered take away pizza from the shop at the top of the hill and had a glass of wine while we waited for it to be freshly cooked. All in all, a very special village and the perfect property for multiple families to get together, with everything you need on your doorstep. Hide

Excellent house for a large family in a brilliant location, Wendy (our contact) was great and on hand when needed if we had any issues. The kitchen was very well equipped and our kids especially loved the waffle maker. We used the local Chinese takeaway, pizza shop, ate in at the pub next door and at sunny spice Indian - all within easy walking disRead moretance and food was fab! Would definitely revisit st agnes - lovely busy vibe to the village and the bakery a couple of doors down is a must Hide
