The apartment is located along The Norton directly opposite the access walkway to Tenby's North Beach. A short downhill walk will bring you out on the gorgeous golden sands, stretching down to the town's iconic harbour, offering plenty of space for a family day on the beach. The top of the High Street and walled town centre is less than 100 yards away and offers a superb selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. During the main season, you can take a boat trip from the harbour out to Caldey Island and witness local wildlife, such as seals and cormorants, or spend a day on its tranquil shores. For fun, family days out Heatherton World of Activity and Manor Wildlife Park can be reached in just 3 miles.
The apartment is accessed via a main entry door into the building, leading through to the ground floor level apartment door. On entering the apartment, you will head down an internal staircase into the lower ground floor apartment where you are welcomed into a hallway with space for shoes and coats. Head into the open plan lounge, kitchen and diner which enjoys a three-seater sofa and tub chair, a wall-mounted TV/DVD player and patio doors leading out to a small rear courtyard. This cosy space is ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast. There is small courtyard garden to the rear with artificial turf however this area is more suited to storage of beach equipment. The beach is just across the road accessed via a downhill hill pathway with steps and offering plenty of space to stretch those legs and take in some fresh sea air.
