Part of a terrace of three cottages in the heart of Pershore, this luxurious property offers peaceful views towards the River Avon and ancient fruit orchards. It’s beautifully finished and is perfect for couples and a four-legged friend. The picturesque market town of Pershore is famed for its elegant, Georgian architecture and magnificent Abbey, offering the perfect base for a stay in Worcestershire. This vibrant town is renowned for its independent shops, an undercover market, and an arts centre with an exciting programme of events. Surrounded by countryside and villages offering ramblers and cyclists a network of trails to discover, set off to explore Bredon Hill (5 miles), stroll up to Broadway Tower (15 miles) or enjoy a day in the Malvern Hills (16 miles). There are many Cotswold villages and market towns to explore, along with a good, all-year-round events calendar that includes the Blossom Trail in springtime, the Pershore Plum Festival in autumn, and the Tewkesbury Medieval Festival in late summer.

Access the cottage via the bustling Pershore High Street, the peaceful terrace is set to the rear of a hotel with views towards the River Avon, in an elevated position with a rear aspect. The main entrance offers access into the open-plan living space, finished with vibrant colours and a contemporary style. Unwind in the lounge area where generously sized sofas front a wall-mounted Smart TV and a gas-fired wood burner. For simple suppers, a breakfast bar stands ready near the compact but well-appointed kitchen that beckons a self-catered stay. Completing the ground floor is a convenient cloakroom with WC. Upstairs a spacious, super-king-size bedroom with high ceilings and a Juliette balcony beckons a peaceful night’s sleep, and is served by an en-suite, walk-in shower room.

Outside, guests can relax within a private courtyard where a raised terrace with seating leads down to an area with a wood-fired hot tub and additional seating. After long walks with loved ones and pooches, find the shared dog wash to the front of the property.
