This three-bedroom property in the heart of Dartmouth has ample space for a family or group of friends. Located on a residential street and overlooking the city and castle, it is a light and beautiful home. Dartmouth’s ancient market square is just 150 metres away and is packed with specialist shops, stalls and cafes. The harbour, less than 350 metres away, is a working harbour and a good place for a stroll along the River Dart. You can also jump on a boat here and enjoy viewing Dartmouth from the water. History-lovers can visit Dartmouth Castle, 1.5 miles away, or for a day at the beach, head to Blackpool Sands, 3 miles away.

On the ground floor, coastal tones sweep through the kitchen and dining area creating a tranquil atmosphere. Stylishly comfortable, the kitchen features plenty of modern appliances and overlooks a dining table with seating for four people. Wood-panelled flooring and a beautiful bay window add to the sense of comfort. From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor where the lounge is located. It’s a pleasant place to relax with a plump sofa, armchair, a Smart TV and a wood burner to keep things cosy on cooler nights. The window seat in the bay window is also a charming spot to watch the comings and goings in the town. Off from the lounge is a double bedroom decorated in nautical tones. Bright and breezy, it has a large wardrobe and a fantastic en-suite bathroom. The nautical-themed decor sweeps upstairs to the third floor where the remaining two bedrooms are located. Featuring a king-size bed and small 4t double bed, there is plenty of space to hang your clothes. The king-size room also has a TV and views overlooking the castle. A shower room is also on this floor.

Outside, at the front of the property, is a neat patio with a table and chairs. It’s a good spot to sit and feel the morning sun on your face or simply take it easy with a chilled glass at the end of a day.

NOTE: There are 27 steps leading up to the front door of this property therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

Lovely location, this place feels like a home from home for us - and it's our second time staying here. Wonderfully comfortable beds, lovely sun-trap outside the property, just perfect place to stay for Dartmouth. Fully recommend.

Ideally located - just a short walk into Dartmouth but in a quiet location (apart from the sea gulls!). Spacious property, spread over three floors. Nice big rooms. Comfortable beds. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area on the front is small, and in need of some renovation, but its a real sun trap so nice to sit ouRead moret there. It wouldnt suit anyone with mobility issues - there are steep steps to get into the property and within the house. All in all, we had a great trip. The accommodation was very nice and we loved Dartmouth and the surrounding seaside. Would happily visit again. Hide

We have loved staying in this house! The fantastic weather has helped has helped make this holiday extra special too. The steam Railway and river cruise were very enjoyable. Bushells was a great place to eat, especially if you like fish, but the veg arancini was extra tasty too. Thank you so much, Dawn, Nick, Hannah and Tom

We had a Wonderful week. The house is wonderful. Clean, quiet and great location. Weather was kind so enjoyed walks to Dittisham, Greenway and little Dartmouth. Great Pubs and restaurants. Were able to sit out on the water front and the little patio is a neat sun trap. Sad to be going home. Waste collection information a little confusing. Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We love Dartmouth which is why we keep coming back! We had a great meal at Kendricks and enjoyed The Sail Loft too. R.E the rubbish: We out it out on Thursday night and it was collected Friday morning (info on door by kitchen bin) The Baldwins.

Gorgeous little 'fisherman's cottage' type house just a stones throw out of town. Perfect for being near to the town but not directly in it! Lots of lovely places to eat and see just meandering through the lovely little lanes. House was lovely, very clean and well equipped.
