We loved our week away at this beautifully refurbished, roomy yet cosy cottage. Such a lovely place to stay, we didn't want to leave. Comfy beds, great showers, welcome pack was much appreciated and lovely outside space too.

The Coach House is a really beautiful house very tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, 2 good bathrooms, lovely interior sitting and dining area and a nice garden area with rustic table. The welcome package including fresh eggs from the owners hens was a nice touch. A lovely place for a holiday. The Coach House has been very well restored with lots of original features preserved. The quality of fittings and furniture is high, for example two 'proper' comfortable sofas are provided in the lounge. The owner Philip responded very quickly to resolve any queries we had and provided a very good welcome pack. A stunning conversion where everything has been thought about. We loved staying in this cottage and with the owner right next door nothing was too much trouble. The Ship Inn is a fabulous pub within walking distance and the children had a great time down on the beach throwing stones into the sea. Half an hour drive up to Holkham beach and Holt was Read morealso very nice for a wander around the little shops etc. Only issue we had was the very narrow country lanes and blind corners so we couldnt walk too much straight from the property with our young children.
