This beautiful cosy cottage is ideal for families looking to holiday in the gorgeous village of Beer in East Devon. The house is in a fantastic location that has a settled and homely feel, just on the outskirts of the main village yet less than 700 metres away from the beach, which is a great spot and sheltered by limestone cliffs. It doesn't get much better than that! If you are looking for something a little further afield, the famous Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth is 6 miles away from the house, and only half a mile up the road is Pecorama Pleasure Gardens. Enjoy a train ride through the gardens to take in the spectacular views.
From the front door, you will enter the cosy living room, with beautiful colours setting a relaxing mood for your holiday. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a good film on the TV after a busy day exploring the East Devon coast. To the rear of the property, accessed from the living room or back garden, is the kitchen. The charming kitchen is well equipped for preparing picnics, plating up for a BBQ or having a Sunday roast for those who love to cook. There is also a dining table and chairs for four guests in the kitchen. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and a wardrobe. Next to the master bedroom is the second bedroom with two single beds, a chest of drawers and some hooks on the back of the door for hanging space. The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, and a lovely, heated towel rail.
Outside, there is a rear patio with outdoor seating and charcoal BBQ, as well as a small area of grass.
