With views over North Beach and the town’s iconic harbour, it’s easy to embrace a beach holiday from this fantastic property. The walled town centre (less than half a mile away) offers a lovely selection of independent bars, cafes and restaurants to enjoy, while a stroll through town will bring you to its famous harbour (0.5 miles) where you can enjoy fresh seafood or book a boat trip out to Caldey Island. For family days out, Manor Park Wildlife Zoo and Heatherton World of Adventure are nearby (3 miles) and well worth a visit.

This luxury apartment is accessed via a communal hallway, and up a staircase to the third floor for the penthouse suite. As you enter, you are welcomed into a hallway corridor leading to the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner – the social heart of this stylish abode. There are three sea view windows allowing guests to enjoy the outlook from each area of the room. The lounge has a three-seater sofa and an armchair centred around the wall-mounted Smart TV. There is a dining table, leading through to the kitchen area, creating an excellent social space that the whole group can enjoy together. The contemporary kitchen has been well stocked with all the necessities you need to rustle up a memorable meal during your stay or prepare a picnic for the day ahead. Head back into the hall and you will find your two bedrooms; a double room with a private balcony and bistro set for al fresco morning coffees, and a welcoming twin room. Both rooms are just as stylish and comfortable as the rest of the property, and are served by two chic bathrooms; one with a shower over bath, the other with a walk-in shower.

Outside, the apartment benefits from a private balcony terrace off the double bedroom with a bistro set to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine. For more outside space that all the group can enjoy, the beach is directly opposite the apartment and can be accessed on foot in just 300 metres - offering plenty of space to stretch those legs and get some fresh air.

Lovely flat - smart, clean, comfortable and in an ideal location overlooking the beach. We loved it and wish we were still there!

Super apartment , super views , super location didn't need the car apart from grocery shopping..Potential guests should be aware that shopping has got to come up 50 steps from the lobby .
