This delightful cottage sits adjoining the owner’s home yet rest assured that your privacy is assured. Conveniently situated off the Atlantic Highway. It’s easy to access the delights of Hartland, Hartland Quay, Bude or Bideford, Westward Ho!, Appledore, Croyde and Woolacombe in the other direction. Within 1 mile is a beautiful, thatched former coaching inn serving excellent food and Bucks Mills with its waterfall, pebbled beach and glorious sea vista is just 2 miles. Clovelly (5 miles) boasts freshly caught seafood and traditional coastal charm. If you fancy a trip to the seaside, there are several idyllic beaches to be discovered including the popular Westward Ho! (7 miles) while the market town of Bideford offers a quaint quayside and bustling pannier market (7 miles).

Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the light kitchen/diner – well fitted and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table and chairs making mealtimes a breeze.
