The property is perfect whether you just want to relax and unwind or take an active holiday in Shropshire.

After a busy day exploring the area, return to this converted cart house which has been designed with your comfort in mind, and furnished to a high standard throughout. The cottage has been beautifully renovated, with beautiful decor, to create a very stylish, cosy & comfortable haven. The welcome pack & kitchen supplies were much appreciated & the instructions were clear without being overwhelming. A great location to access lots of places with relative ease. How lovely to be able to enjoy an easy stroll to The Read moreShropshire Hills Centre & spectacular Stokesay Castle, just by stepping out of The Carthouse. For those of you who appreciate a few car free days, there are both buses and trains readily available too for trips to Ludlow, Church Stretton, Hereford & Shrewsbury. There are lots of beautiful walks to be enjoyed as well as some great pubs such as The Ragleth Inn, Little Stretton, where we had a splendid Sunday Lunch. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Carthouse for a lovely getaway. Hide
