This cottage is located within the heart of Tenby's historic town walls with restaurants, shops and bars all within easy reach from the front door. The town has a fantastic selection of independent eateries with everything from traditional pub fare to sushi, not to mention some of the best fish and chips in Pembrokeshire. South Beach can be reached in just 250 metres – via steps or take a stroll along the promenade to access the beach by walkway. You truly are spoilt for choice here when it comes to beaches with four to choose from plus, during the main season, you can book a boat trip form the harbour (450 metres) to spend the day on Caldey Island.
The cottage is accessed via a short, shared walkway, bringing you to the front door. You enter into the hallway with the lounge leading off to the right. The lounge has ample seating in two areas, perfect for those who may want to get lost in a book while the rest of the family watch television. There are two sofas and a coffee table at ground level then a further sofa and wall mounted television in a raised part of the lounge with three steps to access it. The traditional cottage kitchen is back across the hallway with dining table and quarry tile flooring. Head on upstairs and you will find your two bedrooms – a double room with rattan chair and open wardrobe plus a twin room. Both rooms have the original floorboards, adding to the cottage aesthetic and charm. Completing the cottage is the contemporary family bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, roll-top bath, basin and WC.
Externally, there is a courtyard garden with outdoor dining furniture provided, perfect for a meal alfresco or a cool drink in the evening sun. Please note, although the garden is private, it is not fully enclosed and access is required past the courtyard for one neighbouring property.
