The Georgian town of Holt (7 miles) offers visitors plenty to explore with an array of shops, cafes and pubs to enjoy. The beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea is just 5 miles away, a harbour town, which is renowned for its quay and beach.
As you walk around the edge of the raised lawned garden and into the property you will find yourself in the dining area. Tastefully styled, the dining area is a great place to come together with friends and family. Just off this to the right is the lounge which offers a relaxing and luxurious space for guests to relax and unwind. To the left of the dining area and along the hallway is the kitchen which is well-equipped throughout allowing guests to cook up a storm. At the very end of the hallway is the ground-floor bedroom with a zip-and-link super-king bed, an en-suite shower room and French doors that open out onto the Indian sandstone patio area and garden. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms as well as a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. All the bedrooms offer a wonderful blend of modern and traditional features.
Outside the front of the property is the garden. To the right of the front door is the patio area with garden furniture, and a couple of steps will take you up to a lovely, raised lawn area with views out across the neighbouring fields.
