As you enter, you'll immediately notice the personal touch and hard work that has gone into the house. The hallway greets you with modern Aztec-style tiles and vibrant artwork. To your right is the snug reception room, beautifully decorated with a nautical and colourful theme, furnished with quality pieces, a Smart TV, and an electric effect wood-burner. To your left, you'll find the reception room/dining room, featuring a large glass dining table, green tub chairs, and velvet benches, all set against a stylish green panelled wall and complemented by a large Smart TV. This room flows into the nautically themed kitchen, equipped with a larder sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher air fryer and slow cooker, providing ample space to cook for your group. The house is spread across three floors, offering six uniquely designed bedrooms to accommodate everyone in your party. The bedrooms include two king-size, one bunk bed, three doubles including one zip-and-link bed. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with a quirky touch and all feature en-suite bathrooms with a shower and WC apart from the the zip-and-link room, located on the top floor, the bedroom offers a slight sea view, although the modern family bathroom with a bath, sink and WC is in the top floor.

There is a small courtyard at the rear of this townhouse which is enclosed, with garden furniture, pergola and BBQ, perfect for enjoying an cuppa in the morning or a refreshing drink under the evening sun. Additionally, you are just a short walk away from the beach and Bridlington Spa, where you can enjoy concerts and regular gigs. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. We were a large family from ages 1 to 75 and everyone had enough space. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was home from home and we will be booking to come back again next year. Location was perfect for us.
