Everything about this cottage is wonderful: very comfortable and clean, surprisingly spacious and with everything you need; a large secure garden for the dog and a cosy corner to sit and enjoy meals and/or drinks; easy to find and private parking; great location, just a short walk to the coastal path and very close to a bus stop (for Alnwick) if yoRead moreu don't want to drive; free passes for Howick Hall and gardens (visiting is a must!); a minor issue with the boiler was quickly sorted by Anna who had also left a vase of sunflowers to welcome us. Even the weather Cottages described as 'dog friendly' are often not so but this one truly is. We would definitely return! Hide

A little gem right on the coast. This cottage had everything you would need for a fantastic stay , and all brand new, clean, and super smart. The bed is one of the best we have slept in with the cottages. The coast is one minute walk down the road and the surrounding area is well worth a visit.
