This beautiful holiday cottage is located in the peaceful hamlet of Loveston, centrally positioned to explore some of Pembrokeshire's most popular towns and attractions. The well-loved coastal towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby can be reached in 6 and 7.5 miles respectively and enjoy an excellent selection of sandy beaches, bars, restaurant and shops. A visit to Narberth is also a good idea, with its independent stores, cafes and galleries. For family days out, historic Carew Castle and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo can be reached in just 4.5 miles, and Oakwood Theme Park is just 2.5 miles away.
As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into a generously sized open-plan lounge/diner. There's a large corner sofa and separate armchair centred around the wall-mounted Smart TV. Patio doors lead out into the lawned garden – perfect for summer evenings. The country kitchen is comfortably equipped with all your basic necessities and comes with a handy breakfast bar for mornings on the go. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms. The master suite enjoys a double bed and en-suite shower room; there are a further two double rooms and finally a single room. All rooms have been tastefully decorated and provide ample storage for clothes and belongings. Completing the cottage is bathroom with P-shaped bath and overhead shower.
Externally, there is a balcony terrace overlooking the Pembrokeshire countryside with outdoor seating provided to enjoy a cool drink in the sun. To the rear, there is an enclosed, south-facing garden with a sheltered paved patio and steps to the lawn area. The original well also makes a for a real feature in this garden. Guests also have access to a shared playing field and a communal BBQ and firepit area, ideal for adults to watch over the kids while they play.
