The owners were very friendly and welcoming, every trying was thought of and well presented. The property was also super clean and in good condition. The cottage was perfect for our stay. Good sized and well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and a lounge with wood burner. With the four generously sized double bedrooms (two en-suites and one faRead moremily bathroom), it was perfect for our group. We loved the quiet location with access to a public footpath right from the farm itself. The coast is a short drive away. Can easily walk to local pubs too. Perfect for a long weekend or week long escape. Hide

The kitchen has every utensil you could need and there was plenty Read moreof plates, glasses etc. The property is rural but not far from the lovely village of Colyton with a well stocked shop. The welcome cream tea and wine went down a treat thank you Margaret and Brian for going above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Hide
