Towards the lounge you will find a spacious bathroom with a bath and WC. There is a snug room with a Smart TV to enjoy a movie as you wind down into the evening or for when the weather has an off day, and you decide to stay in and relax. There is a door from the lounge directly onto the veranda area with steps leading into the garden which offers views over the Loch and the coastline. There is a full set of Le Creuset pots and casserole dishes if you enjoy cooking and you can take in the views as you cook and prepare tasty dishes after a day of activities together. There is a beautiful large dining table for you to dine together and handmade beautiful pottery dishes to dine on. Relax in the comfy seating to read or play a board game while you enjoy the far-reaching views. You will find the two king-size bedrooms on the upper level , please do note that there is an open part to the bottom level of the stairwell as you proceed downstairs.

Stepping back outside there is an enclosed lawn garden with a veranda and decking to the front of the property, there is garden furniture that is stored and can be taken out weather permitting alongside the BBQ for you to enjoy alfresco dining while watching the sun go down. The garden is fully enclosed with a gate, if you leave it open you may have a visit from one of the local hill sheep. There is also parking for two cars.
