This stunning holiday home is perfectly located in the town of Rye, where gorgeous medieval architecture lines the cobbled streets and the shopping is a historic affair. Find the finest craftsmanship in the antique shops, follow in the footsteps of writer Henry James or grab a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Water sports enthusiasts will love windsurfing and paddle boarding at Rye Watersports (1.5 miles), while keen walkers can enjoy the gentle circular routes around the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (3 miles). Further afield, Camber Sands (4 miles) offers visitors an unspoiled sandy shoreline with some of the best water sports opportunities on the south coast. Drive 13 miles to discover the ruins of Hastings Castle, brilliant shopping opportunities and a glorious beach with a side of funfair rides and arcades.

On entering the house, notice a handy hallway where guests can kick off their walking boots or sandy shoes. Turn left into the lounge, where a cosy corner sofa and Smart TV beckon weary visitors.
