Entering this airy and inviting property, head upstairs and into the bright and cheerful open-plan lounge/diner. Cosy up in front of the flame effect fire with a film on the Smart TV or watch boats along the river running past the property. There’s a delightful central dining table, perfect for enjoying meals which you’ve prepared in the fully equipped and stylishly organised kitchen. The first floor also features a refreshing shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanity basin. When it’s time to turn in for the night, return to the ground floor where you will find the three relaxing bedrooms. A colourful super king-size room (can be made into 2 single beds on request) is to the front of the house, alongside two charming double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with patio doors to the garden.
Heading outside, the fully enclosed courtyard has garden furniture and a BBQ, making a pleasant spot for you to sit out and relax with a morning coffee or a drink in the evening. Private parking is available for one car.
