The property set in an unrivalled location in the ever popular town of Bude which offers so much for you to do, enjoy the beaches at Crooklets and Summerleeze, famed for great surfing and sheltered bays. The town with its variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and independent shops is a short walk away. Also, close by are the surf schools, 18 hole golf course and bike, kayak, and canoe hire. A short drive away, and well worth a visit, are the fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac, to name but a few.

From the entrance lobby, the stairs lead you up to this first floor apartment where you will find the lounge/diner withTV, comfy seating and views across the golf course and over the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, two zone induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Leading off the lounge area is the king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC.

Relax on the shared outside terrace to the front of the property where you can watch the world go by or enjoy a meal in the restaurant within this apartment block. There is a shared downstairs shower, perfect to use when coming in from the beach and for the furry friends there is a dog bath/shower and grooming area. The off road parking to the front of the property is limited and on a first come first serve basis, alternatively, there is street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display in the beach car park very close by.

We loved this accommodation. It was clean, spacious, welcoming and the owners had left out tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The property is literally a 20 second walk to the beach and from the window you can look left to the sunrise and right to the sunset. And to watch the waves out of the window at each high tide was fabulous. The Crooklets Inn neRead morext door was a good find. We had food there on three occasions- twice delivered to our apartment and on Sunday we had a roast in the pub. Perfect! Hide

Good location, contemporary feel with spacious rooms. Would certainly consider again if visiting north east Cornwall.

Amazing location, really well appointed little apartment. Parking was a breeze (even in July). The dog approved wholeheartedly and let's be honest, that's what matters!

Spacious apartment in a great location, so close to Crooklets beach and just a short stroll into town. Well equipped kitchen and magnificent views out onto the golf course.

Location is fantastic, the flat is warm, comfortable & clean. There were a few minor issues to start with, all bar one were put right. The biggest problem was the smokers in the doorway leading to the flat, their language was appalling, this could be heard in the flat until 11pm & you could smell the smoke. Very intimidating when you want to pass tRead morehrough them. If you're a non smoker its horrible. Would not recommend purely on the smoking & language problem, very off putting. Hide

Good sized apartment, well appointed and clean with limited free onsite parking and ample paid parking nearby. Conveniently positioned by Crooklets beach with the benefit of both a pub and separate restaurant on site.

Lovely apartment, really clean and comfortable. Nice modern kitchen with all you need to self cater. Nice side view of the beach, great to be able to sit and watch the waves crashing. Really close to the beach. Dark walk back from town in the evening (we visited in September), which is the only reason I've given location a 4 star rating. However thRead moreere is a bar next to the apartments which does food, if you don't want to venture too far in the evenings. Hide
