Situated close to Crooklets Beach which is loved by families for the golden sands and rock pools at low tide, whilst there why not rent one of the pastel beach huts for the day. The beach is also a favorite with seasoned surfers. Time the tides right and walk along the sandy beach from Crooklets to Summerleeze beach with its sea pool and great surf schools. If you fancy a day away from the beach join the South West Coast Path over the cliff tops where you can go further into Cornwall or over the border to Devon, either way, the scenery is fabulous, alternatively, take a stroll along the canal’s towpath or hire bikes, canoes or kayaks for adventures along the waterways. Bude town itself offers great eateries, independent shops, and café’s leisure centre and tennis courts as well as an 18 hole links golf course. Well worth a visit is Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, and Padstow.
This recently refurbished first floor apartment is accessed via stairs from the internal lobby. Enter into the bright and airy lounge/diner with comfy seating to relax in and catch up with a favourite programme on the TV, or just sit and enjoy the views over the dunes, this leads into the well thought out kitchen with electric oven, two zone induction hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Off the hallway are the three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offers a shower over bath with WC en-suite and the other bedroom offers a shower with WC en-suite. One of the bedrooms offer a super king size bed and the other two offer standard doubles. On the ground floor there is a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and wet suit drying area together with a shower room to wash off in after a day on the beach (no need to change out of your wet suits when heading back to the apartment from the beach). For your furry friend, there is a fabulous dog bath and grooming area.
There is a shared outside terrace to the front of the property where you can relax and watch the world go by or head downstairs and enjoy a meal in the restaurant. The limited off-road parking to the front of the property is on a first come first serve basis, there is street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display parking in the beach car park very close by.
