Discover the delights of the Isle of Wight from this delightful two-bedroom holiday home. It’s situated in the heart of Sandown, yet tucked away in a quiet location. Sandown is a classic coastal destination brimming with golden beaches (500 metres), a whole lot of sunshine and fun activities for all ages including the Dinosaur Isle Museum (1 mile). Sandown Pier (500 metres) is a hub of entertainment with adventure golf and amusements. Take a stroll along the prom (prom, prom), perhaps unwinding with a coffee at a beachfront café. Animal lovers will make a beeline for the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (1 mile), home to majestic tigers, and the all year round dog friendly Yaverland beach is just a few minutes from there, while those seeking some tranquillity can go walking or jogging in Sandown Meadows Nature Reserve (also 1 mile), where you might even spot water voles along the banks. For a dose of island heritage, go and admire the National Trust’s Bembridge Windmill, dating back to the early 1700s (5 miles).

This beautifully presented home has been thoughtfully decorated with cheerful colour schemes and elegant patterned wallpaper, for a welcoming ambiance. On entering, you’ll first encounter a handy downstairs WC off the hallway. Then to the left, head through to the colourful galley kitchen, with its bright yellow walls and striking sage green units. You’ll have a dining table for enjoying meals together along with access to a large courtyard garden. The lounge is decorated in an elegant yellow wallpaper and has sofas and a TV so you can relax together after busy days out. Stairs from here take you upstairs, where there’s a double room on the left of the landing. The twin room and the family bathroom are positioned across from it.

Outside, the enclosed sunny garden is a good size for relaxing as a group. It has potted plants, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ to sizzle up al fresco feasts. Parking for one car is conveniently available at the front of the property.
