This welcoming two-bedroom property is just 150 metres from the harbourfront in lovely Brixham, a bustling fishing port in Devon. Famous for its colourful harbourside houses, thriving seafood scene and rich artistic culture, Brixham offers a lively coastal escape for couples, families and groups. The lively fish market (300 metres) is a must-visit for fresh seafood to cook at home. Spend relaxed mornings wandering through independent shops and galleries or take to the water with a fishing or boating trip. Breakwater Beach (0.5 miles) is perfect for a seaside stroll, while Berry Head (1 mile) is home to dramatic cliffs, a scenic café, the UK’s shortest lighthouse and a historic coastal fort – so much to see! Further afield, head to the River Dart area (4 miles) for picturesque walks and perhaps a visit to Greenway, Agatha Christie’s enchanting former holiday home, and a National Trust site. If you’re up for a rural adventure, Dartmoor National Park (15.5 miles) awaits with its rugged landscapes, ancient woodlands and the chance to spot the iconic Dartmoor ponies.

This charming cottage has a delightful nautical theme with white walls, blue accents and art inspired by the marine world. The lounge, complete with a Smart TV and two comfy sofas, flows into the light-filled kitchen and dining area. Here, you’ll have a large farmhouse-style table where you can tuck into meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which has twin butler sinks for a rustic look. Head upstairs to reach the first-floor bedroom, with a TV, an ensuite shower room with WC and a beautifully restored window seat overlooking the harbour. Up another flight of stairs is the second bedroom – a twin also with a TV and a harbour-facing window seat. An adjacent bathroom has a bath, an overhead shower and a WC.

You’ll have a secluded garden area for relaxing, located 10 metres from the front door, with a four-seater table and chairs on a raised deck. While the narrow access road is for loading only, a complimentary parking permit covers nearby car parks for added convenience.
