Hebden Bridge (15 miles) is also a pleasant spot to while away an afternoon with its many cafes and independent shops. Haworth and Bronte country (7.2mls), and can be further enjoyed by stream train on the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Also Bolton Abbey (13mls) and is a lovely place for walking and taking a picnic and relaxing beside the river Wharf.
