Set over four floors, this modern holiday retreat is perfectly positioned for families or friends. You’re right on the edge of Bembridge Harbour, and around 0.5 miles from pebbly Bembridge Beach, popular for water sports and dinghy sailing. For sandy toes, the easily accessible Duver Beach in St Helens is 2.5 miles away. The popular village itself offers a choice of places to eat and drink, as well as a variety of independent shops. Climb to the top of Bembridge Windmill (1 mile) for a taste of history and great views, or head out from the harbour on a mackerel-fishing trip. Wildlife lovers and bird watchers will want to stroll through the RSPB’s Brading Marshes nature reserve, where there are miles of quiet footpaths. There is a convenient bus stop just outside where you can pick up local buses to Ryde, Bembridge, Sandown and Newport and also hop on the popular Island Coaster bus to travel around the Island!

Leave your shoes in the lobby and drop off bikes or beach kit in the storage room before heading upstairs. The ground floor also has a utility room with laundry facilities.
